Run Fit is our running club. We meet at the leisure centre at 9.30am and finish at 10.30am on a Tuesday and Friday. The cost of the club is as below:

This group is aimed at beginners wanting to improve or start running. There is also a creche available whilst we are out running.
Depending on your running abilities there is always a choice of a short or long route that we follow.
Below is an example of a basic route that we would follow during one of our running sessions.
