Aerobics
A fun,energetic class using a mixture of high and low impact moves. Excellent for cardio-vascular fitness and fat burning

Mix Class
20 min aerobic, 20 min step, 20 min of toning all rolled into one class to give you the best all over workout.
   
Abs Workout
30 mins Abs workout. An added extra after dance aerobics or come along for a fun session working on that tummy.
Purely Step
This is Step suitable for beginners and intermiediates. It uses slower pace and basic moves in a simple routine to make this perfect start for fans of step.
   
Circuits
55 minutes of stregthening and calore burning in every session. A complete body workout.
Step
This is great for fat burning and general fitness. With fun routines you'll be stepping your way to fitness before you know it.
   
Fitball
This class is excellent for improving core strength. It will help improve your core strength. The main focus areas will be the tummy and back, however you will get a whole body workout also!
Step Conditioning
A combiniation of intermediate step and a toning session. The fun of learning a routine mixed with strectching and calming exercises.
   
Legs,Tums and Bums
A medium impact class using aerobic and resistance moves to help with general fitness and flexibility. A perfect starting point for anyone who would like to start classes for the first time.
Weights Workout
This class is designed for toning up your muscles using hand held weights. Suitable for beginners.
   
Pilates
This class uses relaxing moves, which will improve functional and core strength to help improve mobility and flexibility. All abilities welcome.
Core Stability
This class is designed for toning up your core muscles using a varitey of different exercises. All abilities welcome.
Zumba
Zumba is the latest Latin Dance fitness craze, Using Merenge, Cumia, Salsa, Reggaeton music and Dance moves. This unigue fitness class is set to get your heart pumping and your feet tapping!

 

Ski Fit
Ski fit is a great class for anyone interested in improving or getting ready to go skiing and is also a great way to tone up and keep fit. The class ranges from circuit training to using free weights and provides an efficient means of improving cardiovascular condition and muscle tone all in one.
