Body Combat Classes

 

What is Body Combat?
Body combat is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae kwan do, kung fu, kick boxing, muay thai and t'ai chi.Each 55 minute class is choreograped to 10 music tracks, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra fast fitness results.

What will Body Combat do for me?
Improve heart and lung function and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Tone and shape key muscle groups

What do i need to bring?
Trainers and any kind of comfortable work out gear. You're going to sweat so bring a towel and a water bottle
How often should i do Body Combat?
We recommend two to three classes a week. Your body needs recovery
time between workouts so rest at least one day between classes.
